Training services for schools, universities, governmental and non-governmental organizations involved in the education and career work sector.

TMC provides input based on the 5 fundamental skills for education, career and lifestyle success and designs the application phases for participants. The training sessions consist of 30% input and 70% participatory training hours.

If the participants show more need to deal with a topic, TMC-Services is flexible to organize more training time. This gives participants more time to practice, implement and reflect on the training.
