Training Mentoring Coaching Services is based on helping different categories of people with different backgrounds, nationalities to achieve their goals successfully in Germany. The founder of TMC Services migrated to Germany in November 2009. Went through an Au-pair program, went to "Studienkolleg" to qualify for an entry in a German university and enrolled for a Bachelor degree, followed by a Master degree in Health Sciences in the University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.

The education and career journey as a migrant was full of educational experiences. All the gathered education and career experiences in the health care, education, refugee health and social work sector led to the creation of TMC Services. To help those who are in their career and education path in Germany.
